Cranberry Orange Relish
1 12 ounce bag of fresh cranberries. If you live on Cape Cod you can go to your local farm and get them freshly harvested!
1 navel orange washed & quartered. Make sure to remove any seeds.
1 medium to large apple (any type will do, I prefer granny smith), washed, peeled, seeded and quartered.
½ cup sugar (if you prefer the relish sweeter double the sugar amount)
Place all ingredients except sugar into a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped. Add sugar and pulse until blended. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Great relish to serve at Thanksgiving or Christmas.
